Jess Williamson is not your typical entrepreneur.  She made headlines in her early 20s after founding her first venture, a swimwear brand, that showcased at New York Fashion Week just one week after launching online. By age 25, Jess had scaled five different businesses and was relentless in her entrepreneurial pursuits... until she reached a point of complete burnout.

Fast forward to today, Jess has mastered the formula for success and evolved into an award-winning Mindset & Business Mentor, TEDx speaker, best-selling author, and host of the top-ranking 'Unstoppable Success' podcast. Taking a Plunge: Ete Swimwear

At just 22 years old, Jess founded Ete Swimwear, a brand created to stand out in a sea of minimalist swimwear. With no design training but a sharp eye for branding and marketing, Jess crafted a collection that was feminine, sustainable and instantly eye-catching.
Her launch exceeded expectations. Just a week in, she received an invitation to showcase her swimwear at New York Fashion Week. It was an incredible opportunity, especially for someone brand new to the fashion industry — but it came with high stakes and intense pressure.

Behind the Brand

While Ete Swimwear looked polished on the outside, Jess was learning everything on the fly. Behind the scenes, she faced manufacturing errors, shipping nightmares, the financial strain of building a brand from scratch. At one point, she discovered she was nearly out of money after funding a full NYFW collection.
But instead of giving up, Jess doubled down. Her resourcefulness and determination helped turn Ete into a six-figure business in its first year. By leveraging Instagram and influencer marketing before it became mainstream, she built a loyal customer base and established her label for continued success.

Expanded Vision: Somewear Elsewhere

Seeing the power of influencers in fuelling Ete’s growth, Jess founded an influencer travel agency, Somewear Elsewhere. The agency created curated, high-quality content by organising influencer trips to destinations and resorts, giving brands a cost-effective way to generate global, polished imagery.
But it soon became clear to Jess that her entrepreneurial repertoire spans far beyond just swimwear and influencer marketing. Over the span of around nine years, she built and scaled five completely different businesses across a variety of industries, including product, agency, travel, and personal branding models.

A Shift in Purpose

Juggling various businesses and facing burnout, Jess began feeling a shift internally. While she loved what she had built, she realised that her real passion was the journey of mastering mindset and helping others. Through mentorship and behind-the-scenes conversations with fellow entrepreneurs, she saw just how much mindset plays a role in business success.
This realisation sparked her next chapter. Jess began transitioning away from running her businesses and into the world of mindset and business coaching. Her lived experience became the foundation for her coaching style: one that merges practical strategies with deep inner work.

Building a Coaching Empire

Over the following years, Jess went on to build several businesses across different industries. Her coaching programs evolved to support women entrepreneurs, particularly those who felt stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their vision.
She now blends tools like NLP, subconscious reprogramming, and Human Design to help her clients align with their strengths and clear out limiting beliefs. Her philosophy is centred around the idea of creating “illogical levels of success": results that defy conventional logic but feel completely aligned.

The Rise of Unstoppable Success

In 2020, Jess launched her podcast, Unstoppable Success. The show quickly gained traction for its raw honesty and practical guidance. It's became a space where entrepreneurs can hear not just the highlight reels but also the truth about fear, failure, and inner growth.
The podcast became an extension of Jess’s mission: to empower ambitious women to show up fully, take bold action, and build lives that feel just as good as they look.
Following the podcast, Jess published her book, also titled Unstoppable Success. Part memoir, part workbook, the book offers readers a step-by-step framework to break through mental barriers and take aligned action in both life and business.

Telling the Whole Story

In a move that few entrepreneurs dare to take, Jess produced a three-part documentary series on YouTube chronicling her entire entrepreneurial journey, including the rock-bottom parts. From anxiety attacks to burnout, from career pivots to personal growth, the series gives an unfiltered look into the reality of building a dream life.
This vulnerability has only deepened her impact. Jess’s audience resonates not only with her success but with her authenticity and willingness to share the lessons that came with it.

Where She Is Today

Today, Jess works with clients through private coaching, masterminds, and immersive programs designed to elevate both mindset and business strategy. She’s also a speaker, known for her TEDx talk and her ability to hold space for both big vision and grounded action.
Jess recently rose to the challenge as MC for Success Resources Australia's Business and Beyond event, hitting Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, where she brought her special blend of real confidence and relatability to the stage.

Ongoing Momentum

Jess Williamson is proof that you can pivot with purpose, blend strategy with soul, and build a wildly successful life. From hand-packing bikinis in her Perth bedroom to coaching women around the world, her story shows us that unstoppable success isn’t about doing more, it’s about making the right moves.
